Book your free Lead Leak Review.

Tell us about your business. We'll review your website, ads, follow-up, GBP and CRM — then show you exactly where leads are slipping through and what to fix first.

By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy. No spam — we'll only use your details to deliver the Lead Leak Review.

What you get

A free 30-minute call — no pitch deck.

Just a focused, practical review of your business. Where leads are slipping through, what's costing you booked jobs, and exactly what to fix first.

Most agencies use a "discovery call" to size you up for a sales pitch. We use it to map your actual lead leaks. By the end of 30 minutes you'll have a clear, prioritised list of fixes — ranked by revenue impact — whether or not we end up working together. No obligation, no follow-up spam.

Adelaide-based, Australia-wide. Jerry usually runs the call personally. If your business runs on enquiries turning into booked jobs, this is the call you want before you spend another dollar on ads.

In your Lead Leak Audit we'll cover:

  • Your website's conversion performance and key drop-off points
  • Speed-to-lead, missed calls and current follow-up gaps
  • Google Business Profile, reviews and local visibility
  • CRM, pipeline hygiene and how quotes are handled
  • Past leads or dormant customers worth reactivating now
  • A clear, prioritised fix-list ranked by expected revenue impact

Reply within 1 business day. Audit call held within 3–5 days of booking.

Common questions before booking

What people usually ask first.

Is the Lead Leak Review really free?

Yes. No catch, no upsell trap. It's how we earn the right to quote any paid work — by proving on the call that we actually understand your business. About 1 in 3 reviews end with us recommending you fix something specific yourself without engaging us at all.

How long is the audit call?

Thirty minutes is plenty. We come in with your website, GBP, ad presence and search rankings already pulled up. The call is about the things we can't see from the outside — your CRM, your follow-up process, your numbers.

Do I need to be in Adelaide?

No. We're Adelaide-based but the entire system runs remotely. Roughly half our active clients are interstate — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, plus regional SA, NSW and Tasmania.

What if I'm already with another agency?

Totally fine. The Lead Leak Review is independent — we won't bag the other agency, and you can use whatever we find to brief them. If you do want to switch, we handle the migration so nothing breaks (or goes dark) during the transition.

What information should I have ready?

Your monthly lead volume, your rough conversion rate from enquiry to booked job, and your current average customer value. If you don't know one or two of those, no stress — figuring that out is often the first thing the audit surfaces.

What happens after the call?

You get a written summary of the leaks we identified, ranked by expected revenue impact. If you want to engage us, we send a written quote with setup cost, monthly cost, deliverables and timeline. No pressure, no follow-up spam.
