Legal

Privacy Policy.

Last updated: 24 May 2026. This policy explains how Lead Flux (ABN 90 213 025 040) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. Who we are

Lead Flux ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian marketing, lead-generation and AI automation agency operating from Adelaide, South Australia. Our ABN is 90 213 025 040.

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy applies to any personal information we collect through https://www.leadflux.com.au, our enquiry and contact forms, phone calls, emails, and any service engagement.

2. What we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

  • Contact details — your name, business name, email address, phone number and (optionally) postal address.
  • Business information — the nature of your business, your website URL, the marketing channels you currently use, and information you share with us to help us scope work.
  • Communications — messages you send via our forms, email, SMS or phone.
  • Service delivery data — if you become a client, access credentials or technical information necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for (e.g. CRM, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, hosting accounts).
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, referrer, approximate location, device type and browser, collected through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising.

3. How we collect it

We collect personal information:

  • directly from you when you submit a form, email or call us;
  • from third-party tools you authorise us to access on your behalf (e.g. your CRM, ad platforms, Google Business Profile);
  • automatically through aggregate website analytics (Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights), which do not use cookies and do not personally identify visitors.

4. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and deliver a Lead Leak Review;
  • quote, plan, deliver, support and improve the services you engage us for;
  • communicate about your engagement, including invoices;
  • send you marketing communications about Lead Flux services where you have consented or where permitted under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) — you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • meet our legal, tax, insurance and professional obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted third parties strictly to deliver the services you have engaged us for, including:

  • HighLevel / MyCRM — our CRM and form provider (your enquiry submissions are received via HighLevel);
  • Vercel — our website hosting and analytics provider;
  • Google, Meta and email/SMS infrastructure providers — only as required to deliver campaigns and communications you have engaged us for;
  • Australian regulators, courts or insurers — only where required or permitted by law.

Some of these providers store data outside Australia (typically in the United States or European Union). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information in a way that is consistent with the APPs.

6. How we store and protect it

Personal information is held electronically in cloud systems protected by access controls, encryption in transit, two-factor authentication and provider-side security. We retain personal information only for as long as needed to deliver the services or meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely destroyed or de-identified.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly and do not place tracking cookies. Some embedded third-party widgets (such as the HighLevel enquiry form) may set functional cookies necessary for the widget to operate. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

8. Your rights

You may, at any time:

  • ask us what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete information we no longer need to hold;
  • opt out of marketing communications;
  • make a complaint about how we have handled your personal information.

Email info@leadflux.com.au to make any of these requests. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Notifiable data breaches

If we become aware of an eligible data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as soon as practicable, in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always lives at this page with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.

11. Contact us

For privacy enquiries, contact: info@leadflux.com.au or call 0485 040 272.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can contact the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au.
